Let me start by saying, It was about time that I took control of my life and my time. Somewhere with such busy schedules you lose yourself, and find a hundred reasons why you don't even have 15 minutes to give yourself.

I knew about T-Tapp for four years, like most folks out there I ordered the complete program and hoarded it away, I always checked the website and came across the challenge and I applied not once but twice before and both times I had to travel, I always found some bogus excuse why I couldn't T-Tapp, and just as fast I would stop everything and go on with all the reasons why I was to busy for myself. A whole year went by so fast and here we were again a new challenge and I decided this was going to be it, I would put my health first, put me first, I had reached the good old ripe weight of 189 pounds, my knees started giving out on me and my back in the early morning would not cooperate, and not to mention that I love to eat.  Did I mention that I love to eat, I guess I did. So I read Teresa's book and the chapter on GM/MM way of eating made total sense to me, so I started with no excuses and the mantra I used every day in my head YES You CAN, I started slow just doing the Basic Plus 15 minute DVD. I did it every other day, I did that for two weeks. The next four weeks I did the 45 minute video every other day, and then I switched to only doing the 15 minute video ever since, I did some walking and that was it.

All along my T-Tapping I traveled, went to a graduation, a wedding, and many a party, you'll always will find me in the bathroom doing some Hoe Downs. I wasn't so busy after all. My overall health has improved immensely I now weigh 154 pounds, my knees don't hurt and my back, holy cow!

Look out mama got a brand new bag. All kidding aside, my whole family are converts. My husband T-Tapps and my mom, my daughter-in-law, her whole family and her friends, I will convert anybody who listens to me. So I end this note by saying thank you for all the success stories on the website they inspired me to great lengths.
