Average to Lose Category

My name is Arlene M.n and I have been T-Tapping since August, 2007. I came upon T-Tapp as I was searching for yet another way for me to lose inches and pounds. I quickly googled T- Tapp and was directed to the website. I read the testimonials and looked at try before you buy. I was skeptical at first. Something struck me "Why doesn't Teresa advertise nor do infomercials?" I decided that someone who relies on word of mouth must be doing something right. I went back to the website and ordered the Basic Workout Plus. As soon as it arrived I watched the "Yes You Can" video. I could not believe how I felt after just engaging in the T-Tapp stance. The shoulders back, WOW!! I tried the Hoe Downs and could not get through one set. I forgot to mention that I had been going to Step aerobics classes twice a week and strength training and body sculpting twice a week for nine months. I did not lose one inch nor did I lose any weight. Imagine not being able to get through ONE set of hoe downs after working out all that time. I was HOOKED. I started a fourteen day boot camp and immediately lost a dress size in just two weeks. Unfortunately, since I started T-Tapping, I did slip and was not consistent, but I never picked up another weight nor did I do any other workouts since. I always come back and do my T-Tapp.


The struggle for me is that I do enjoy working out; but I like to do it in the morning. I would wake up feeling a little tired and say to myself "just do it when you get home". That usually never happened.


The first part of my essay was written for my participation in 2009 60 day challenge {I am happy to say that I did win in the Ladybug category, losing 39.5inches.} Some things have changed. I DO get up early and workout and with so many choices you never get bored. Not that you would because I hear Teresa say something and I think I didn't hear that earlier. We can always work on form and you will always learn new and exciting information from Teresa and all those wonderful T-Tapp sisters and a few brothers.


One area that I am exploring is better nutrition. I learned so much valuable information at the 2009 and 2010 60 day challenges. I am pleased that my health is good. I did have some Asthma and allergy concerns when I began, but now I am doing well and am not on any medication. In fact after learning from Dr. Rob the benefits of Vitamin D3, I have not had any colds or the flu for two seasons. Of course there is the Alfalfa and don't forget skin brushing. I am concentrating on eating healthier now that I have committed to my T-Tapp.


The best advice I can give is to take baby steps and work on one issue at a time. I do believe that if you start with T-Tapp everything else just falls into place.


I was truly blessed that day in August of 2007 when T-Tapp entered my life. I am committed more than ever to T-Tapp. It gives you a LIFT in more ways than one.


Finally, I had the best time participating in the challenge and I am extremely excited to be able to say that I am now an average to lose. Hopefully in the next challenge I can say,"I am a less to lose!"
