Less to Lose + Health Improvements Category

Betty S.

Ten years ago, my family and I were camped out at Yosemite. We wanted to visit a waterfall and asked a ranger how far away it was. It may have only been a 45 minute hike for him, but for me it was a killer and a wake-up call. I determined to get in better shape and lose weight, so I started an exercise program with resistance machines and was so glad to find something that worked so many muscles in only thirty minutes. I was pretty faithful to do this about three times a week, and did make some progress.

However, in April 2010, I saw a post on a friend’s Facebook about an exercise program called T-Tapp. I checked it out and read all the testimonials with great interest. I was especially impressed by Charlotte Siems success. I could relate in many ways to her, because I was a homeschool mom as well. My four older children were pretty well grown, but we had just adopted a little boy, and I needed to get my 57 year-old body into better shape than ever. Also, from my experience as a nurse, I could see many benefits of T-Tapp. I had been diagnosed with hypertension and carpal tunnel syndrome and was excited to see that T-Tapp could help me in those areas as well.

My 20 year-old daughter encouraged me by doing the exercises with me. She didn’t really need to lose anything, but she needed to do some kind of exercise and ended up really liking T-Tapp as well.

In my first four weeks, I lost eight inches with only fifteen minutes workouts. And this was even after I had been doing the other exercises regularly! I told all my friends, family and even strangers about how much I liked T-Tapp and how much better I felt when I did it. I changed my email signature to: Check out an exercise program that will last a lifetime: http://www.t-tapp.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=185
I got a lot of people started Tapping!

Then came life, and with the demands of our homeschool self-publishing business and other responsibilities, I wasn’t as regular as I should have been. So when I saw the January Jump Start 30-day Challenge, I decided to really get back into a more consistent routine. I have been alternating between the Basic Workout Plus, the Tempo Plus, and the instructional this month. Whether I win or lose the challenge, I win, because I am in better shape physically and emotionally than I was before I began.
