More to Lose - Under 50 Category

I have wasted the better part of my 20's being overweight. I would vow to change my diet and start working out more and it just never happened. I finally got to the point where I realized that it is more than just losing weight that is so important.
I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old who need to be taught that physical activity is important and fun, and be taught to lead a healthy life so they never have to struggle like I have. Then I came across T-Tapp. I researched everything I could find out about it online. I read and reread the forums, and finally decided to just go ahead and buy a few videos. 2 days after my videos arrived, this challenge started.
I am so thankful for it and for T-Tapp. I lost 22 inches in just a month, and I lost 4 lbs! But even more important and something that made me infinitely happier was that I actually succeeded in working out for an entire month!
The first 3 weeks I did a really good job. I did T-Tapp 5-6 days a week each of those weeks. Week 4 was not so great for me. I only managed to get in 2 workouts, BUT that was significantly better than I would have done a month ago and I still managed to lose inches! That is a perfect testament to how good T-Tapp really works. I am now on a journey to become healthy.
T-Tapp has helped me start that journey and I know it will continue to be a blessing as I make this a lifelong quest to being the healthiest me I can be. |
