What a difference 30 days can make! I have to admit that I have had these T-Tapp videos for years, always going to start… one of these days….well good thing for deadlines! I suffered a back injury at work several months ago and was frustrated that the physical therapy that was prescribed was not helping much. It was then that I remembered Teresa Tapp's story in the Yes You Can seminar I had listened to years before. I took on the 30 day challenge and boy am I ever glad that I did. I used the Primary Back Stretch video (yes VHS!) and the POP 3 DVD every day.
My main goal was for relief of back pain, so you can't imagine how excited I was when my jeans kept getting a little looser! And I have to admit that there is nothing that can boost your motivation to keep up the workout when your jeans fit a bit looser! I was so excited that I decided to actually USE the body brush that I had always had good intentions of using, but had been saving for SOMEDAY when I could get it all together. I am excited to say that the CRT system is making a difference in the appearance of my cellulite AND strangely enough, my spider veins as well! What a bonus! Now 30 days later, I am thrilled to say that my back pain has improved greatly as have my peri-menopausal symptoms. But seriously though, there is NOTHING that can improve your outlook on life like loosing an inch off your thighs! Bring on the Awesome Legs and Diva Derriere!
