I have been inconsistent with my practice. In spite of this, I have still lost inches. During the last bit of the challenge I realized (again) how effective and efficient this program is. Whenever I feel that I am a little stuck I take a look at my original measurements when I started T-Tapp and I am thrilled to see that I have lost over 18". It is great to realize that I am fortunate to be on the downward trend after all! |
