Yes I Can!

I started T-tapping just over a year ago because my chiropractor said I needed to work on my core muscles to help my back. I went home and goggled and found your life saving website! My husband and I have been traveling all over the United States for his work and living in our Motor Home full-time for the last 3 years or so. That presents the challenge of space and joining a gym. However, T-tapp allows me to do my DVD’s in that limited space. Unfortunately in some respects it is disappointing because I seem to be a “slow to lose” but boy do I feel better.

In 1999, I had major back surgery with my entire lumbar spine fused with either titanium cages or bone grafts. I lost 2” in height after the surgery which really seemed to compress in my midsection and then being a short torso (1.5”) my waist has disappeared! Since my surgery, I had kind of “babied” my back until I found t-tapp. My range of motion and flexibility has increased dramatically! My Chiropractic visits have decreased significantly and she has noticed great improvement! I also have had 3 knee surgeries and after the last one he told me the next step was to have a total knee replacement. My strength, motion and lack of pain is wonderful! KLT!!!!

I have been very frustrated with the 25-30 pounds that I have put on since I went through early menopause that no matter what I do, will not budge. I am sick of Drs. being so focused on weight and BMI when I know that my t-tapping is working from the inside out. I love the saying from the t-tapp forums –“ I am working on my internal wiring and the external landscape will come”. I know that it will.

I have never been a vegetable eater except for broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce and corn until I did the Tapping holidays in November and saw all the posts for green smoothies on the forum. I am totally addicted now! I make one every day and the few days that I have been unable due to traveling, I miss it so much! Another great positive that tapping has brought to me and my life. I would say that since November I have gotten anywhere from 4-7 vegetables servings in a day. Never would have believed that I would be saying that!

My husband has been working in Oklahoma City since November of 2010. A month ago, I drove the 2+ hours to go to Charlotte Siem’s workout and testimonials in Elk City, OK for the day. WOW, what an inspiration. She helped with some of my form and gave me the motivation to participate in this challenge.

I started with Alfalfa and skin brushing at the beginning of the year and love how that makes me feel as well.

I would love to have had more inches lost during this 30 days – but I can tell that progress is coming, even though it is slow. Slow and steady works for me because I feel so good!

You are such an inspiration for me and I would love to be able to attend Beauty Boot Camp and meet you and all the wonderful people I keep reading about that are such inspiration and givers for the rest of us. Beauty is not only on the exterior but starts from within
