Average to Lose Category

I have always loved a challenge, and the 2011 January Jumpstart Challenge was another challenge I couldn’t pass up. I had entered last year, but didn’t win, then I entered the 60 day challenge and was a category winner. The retreat was so awesome, I decided I had to try again. The fact that my daughter had just told me she was going to be getting married, gave me another incentive to work on getting rid of some extra inches. I hope by the time another challenge rolls around, I will be able to enter the less to lose category, I’m still in the average to lose, but since I lost 9 ½ inches this time, I am 9 ½ inches closer to where I want to be.
I had so much going on during this challenge, but I knew if I entered I would be sure to find the time in my day to T-Tapp, and except for one day, I did find the time. Now, that the challenge is over, I will keep T-Tapping. I plan to lose even more inches before the wedding. I also find that I have more energy after I have T-Tapped. There were a few times, I would come in from work and think I needed a nap. But, I would T-Tapp instead and I always felt energized, awake, and more alert when I would finish.
My favorite T-Tapp workout is “Step Away The Inches”, so that is the one I chose to do most often during this challenge. When I do SATI, I am able to multitask. I can watch the news, a movie, or a favorite program while I am working out. Being able to do two things at once is probably why SATI is my favorite workout. During the challenge, I did SATI 25 times. I also did Basic Workout Plus 10 times, and Awesome Legs and Diva Derriere 24 times. During the last challenge I had butt tucked, toes forward, no duck feet, so ingrained into me, that this time it was just natural because I never stop thinking about those phrases when I go about my day. During this challenge, I would concentrate on arms behind the ears when I was doing SATI and Basic Workout Plus, and try to do all moves to the point of perfection. I am not sure I have reached that point of perfection with Awesome Legs, or I might have lost more inches in my legs.
I would really like to win the challenge and have a chance to experience a Beauty Boot Camp (which I have heard is even more rigorous than the retreats). If I won, it would also give me a chance to learn so many tips which would make my T-Tapp work outs even better and more beneficial. Losing 9 ½ inches was very exciting, but getting a call from Kitty that I won would be even more exciting. |
