Ildiko S.

Hello, My name is Ildikó from Hungary and I am a thirty-four years old.

At the summer of 2009 one of my fitness forum-friend (Krisztina Tamás - you know her as Tara* on T-Tapp forum) told us about this new, effective workout T-Tapp, which is somewhat different than others. Soon many of us liked the workout so we've created a new forum for us. We had lots of translations from the original T-Tapp forum from those who speak english so we could get the useful advices, important informations. This way we did our best to workout well.

A few months later we had very lucky, because Tara has organized the first hungarian T-Tapp training with Kat Creedon who was helping us a lot with the moves and understanding the basics. Very few participants was speaking english so the training was translated by Tara. Meeting with Kat was a great help to us to learn to do the exercises well and better than we did at home copying the moves from DVDs.

My first positive expercience with T-Tapp was the 2010 challange. We did the exact same challange on the hungarian forum as the original at the same time. And I've lost 30 inch in 60 days. I was very glad to achieve this, but somehow I couldn't hold on to my momentum. I realized T-Tapp is also a kind of workout if I don't do it, it won't work. There were weeks I was consistent - especially when Tara has organized the second hungarian training with Kirsten Tucker. Of course there were results then, but after it I stopped again. Besides all this up and down on track I lost 60 inch in 2010 altogether.

Since I do T-Tapp, my regular and strong lower back pain was gone. I got so much more flexible, I even started jogging in autumn and my stamina got way better.

In 2011 January I looked at my year 2010 and I realized if I could get more consistent I can achieve better results. And that is when I meet this year's 30 day challange. I was thinking for days to apply or not, because I cannot travel to Florida since I doesn't speak english. But I've deciced I need that push what comes with the actual registration to this challange. My forum friends who speak english helped me with the translation of the rules, so I entered.

For warm-up I did the 10 HD set, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ic01KUoORAc) and on the 27th did a headstart with a 14 day BC.
