When the challenge was announced, I decided – okay, one more month of T-Tapp. If I don’t see results within the month, I’m done.

I had been using T-Tapp for months, and truly was not seeing any real results. I began doing Organs In Place/Half Frogs and Elevators right away when the challenge began. I'm sure that contributed to my inches lost in my abdomen. However, I felt quite a difference in my upper thighs also. I loved using Barefoot Basic Workout Plus and Basic Plus Tempo. I also used many of the TappCore moves this past month.

I always felt very energized after working out and if I missed a day I didn't feel as good. I also am using the Pyruvyl Glycine and I feel that has also contributed to my inches lost.

Let me just say I LOVE BAREFOOTEN' to t-tapp. I’m convinced. Maybe my results aren’t huge, but they are there. I feel better, stand taller, and am losing inches!!
