At the beginning of this challenge I was not happy with how I looked. I felt heavy and awkward. I continually told myself I didn't have time to exercise because of school, work, and other miscellaneous excuses.
As a person who is strongly influenced by fresh air and exercise, the lack of both of these was truly having an impact on my physical health and peace of mind. Contributing to the physical and mental discomfort were headaches caused by muscles tightening around two fused vertebrae in my neck.
They inhibited my concentration on school and were simply inconvenient. Together these two things were a consistent hassle. I decided that with T-Tapp I could easily manage a short, effective workout. Plus, even the word "challenge" made me want me to do it more. And so I decided to enter the January Jump Start.
Only two weeks into the challenge I began to feel better. I felt better about my looks and more importantly about my health. Though the headaches have not lessened in a significant way yet, I believe they will. Primary Back Stretch has helped me stretch out my back and neck, increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness.
I didn't re-measure myself until the last day of the challenge: By alternating the Tempo Lower Body Floor workout with the Basic Workout I lost 9.5 total inches! Because of a gain of 1.5 inches in my arms, it came to a grand total of 8 inches.
In one month T-Tapp allowed me to change my perspective of my looks, actually change how my body looked, and start down the path to healing my neck problems and headaches! I am delighted with the results and will continue working to bigger goals. |
