In 2009, I came across Teresa's Book, Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes, at the library. I took it home and was so impressed that I purchased my own copy. I worked out with the DVD that came with Teresa's book four times a week. I loved Hoedowns and Advance Hoedowns and it started to show. I started to receive compliments so I purchased the Basic Workout Plus DVD. I finished a 14-day boot camp and felt wonderful! A year went by and life got in the way. Due to a fall, I re-injured my back and ended up not doing any activities. I had consistent back pain, plus I had a heal spur that made me walk all humped over. I looked older and felt older then my years. I gain 30 extra pounds (mostly in my stomach) from poor eating, stress and loss of muscle. So what made me decided to go and dust off my T-Tapp DVD's? It was my winter coat! I was in deep denial that I had gone up three sizes. My coat had been too big because I had been T-Tapping. This year I couldn't zip the coat up. I could not believe it! I needed to return to T-Tapp, right away!

I started the January Jumpstart challenge because I knew I needed to get back into the routine of T-Tapping. I did a four day boot camp with BWO+ and behold my right heal was pain free. I started to walk straighter and had less back pain. I decided to stay away from sugar and my energy skyrocketed. I took pictures each week and saw how my body was changing, it was remarkable. I lost a total of 7 inches in my waist/abs/hips and people start to notice. One co-worker asked if I had been on a holiday because I looked so rested and toned. I knew it was because my face wasn not so pinched from back pain and I was standing straight. "Shoulders back, Chest Up"

T-tapp has given me freedom! Freedom from pain, Freedom from the scale, Freedom from yo-yo dieting. I like what I see and how I feel. I am very thankful for T-Tapp. YES, I CAN and YOU CAN TOO!
