First of all, I want to say thank you to Teresa for creating such a great workout! I have really come to understand how it works in this 30 day challenge.

I had been dabbling with T-Tapp for about 4 years, never getting the kind of results that I read about on the Forum Boards. In December 2010, I went to the weekend event that Teresa had with Mary Shomon, and I finally got it – muscle activation!!! That was a turning point for me in my discovery with T-Tapp – it made all the difference to finally get it in my body!!!

I decided to take on the 30 day challenge to see what I could create for myself in 30 days time. When I took the “before” photo, I was so horrified to see the picture – that I decided the only way it would be worthwhile was if I had a decent “after” photo that showed progress! So, I decided to work with Kayla Howard and do Skype sessions with her weekly so I could really learn how T-Tapp is supposed to be done.

With Kayla, I learned how to curl my core, and she showed me a trick for how to make sure I was standing in proper form. It was amazing for me, the moment my body went into that proper form – I started to sweat!! I knew I was onto something now! She kicked my butt during the Skype sessions for sure, but I was really getting the power of the program, and how much I needed to really work myself to the max when I did it on my own.

I did the program she designed for me, exactly as she designed it. That in itself was a victory to consistently do the workout over the month's time! I did BWO+ and HTF mostly throughout the 30 days, and sprinkled in some other workouts as well. I also started to curl my core and set my lats when I was driving, a game I played to see how many times I could remember to do it!

Some benefits that I wasn't expecting:
In my third week of the challenge, I decided to go for a walk outside. In the past if I tried to jog for any length of time, I could barely do it for a block without catching my breath. When I went out walking, and did a quick jog during the challenge – I was amazed at how much further I could jog and not lose my breath at all!!

What I am most excited about though is being reconnected to the body of my youth! Especially when I do OIP/HF – I experience a connection to my body like I had when I was a child. That for me almost makes me cry! I can't believe that is possible! Something that has been dormant for a very long time has been reawakened out of T-Tapp – and I am forever grateful for that!

The journey has begun, still a long way to go. I am excited by what T-Tapp will uncover in my body – the reawakening of life in my body! Really for the first time, I am interested in exercising – it is not a chore but a discovery!

Thank you Teresa, and especially thank you to Kayla Howard who made such a difference every week with Skype sessions. It is amazing what technology can provide now – she would see me, and instantly be able to correct me – knee out more, tuck butt, etc.

Mostly I want to leave people with that it is possible to return to the bodies of our youth – and I have only just begun! Yes We Can – and Yes We Will!!
