
Average to Lose + Health Improvements - Under 50 Category

This is my second January Jumpstart contest � and I�m excited that at this time I can truly see the improvements in both my health and strength. The only difference was that this time I enrolled the help of a trainer (Tight Club, with Kirsten). I needed a structure in my exercise routine, and by having a schedule and also accountability, I did get consistent and reaped results. Out of the 27 days (6 days workout days a week), I only missed a day! Now exercise really is a part of my life.
I wrote in the comment that I have thyroid problems and got tired all the time. Those days come and go, but I got less stressed, less tired, and have more energy during the day. The greatest benefit to me is being �regular�. This alone makes me motivated to continue with T-Tapp!
Now that the contest is over, I�m still faithfully following my workout schedule. I believe that T-Tapp is the workout that works and yes, I will get to that dream size while also getting the health benefits! |
