What a month this has been! I really enjoyed the ttapp challenge and challenging myself. I’ve seen both physical and mental changes. I was pleasantly surprised that I lost 12+ inches in 30 days. I am a few months past 50 and in the beginning stages of menopause. My expectations were not high, but I should know better! With the RIGHT PROGAM it is possible to lose inches when you are a bit older, contrary to what you read.
The photos don’t show the whole story. There are challenges that come with getting older. With ttapp I really like the benefits I gained almost as much as the actual inch loss. I have increased flexibility and joint movement (I feel more stable, limber and sure footed), I have less joint swelling (especially in the a.m. at my ankles), I feel stronger, more confident and stand taller. I rarely make that umph noise when getting up off the couch (you know, that noise that escapes your mouth and helps propel you up?) Overall, I have a general feeling of well-being and am looking forward to the future.
I enjoyed doing the ttapp skin brushing routine on my body and face. My skin is very soft, more vibrant, much less dull and ruddy looking. I actual like how I look in the mirror! I also found the process relaxing and will definitely continue.
I would be remiss if I didn’t offer my thanks for providing the forums. I don’t post often, but I am always reading the boards! There is such a wealth of information. I have learned a lot about exercise, nutrition, supplements, natural remedies, and so much more. The ttapp office and fellow tappers are a source of inspiration, motivation and support. |
