Thank you so much for the motivation to begin this journey!! I can't believe the results. My friend's and family can't believe the quick results either. It's truly amazing! How exciting.

This was one tough month for this challenge but it is just what I needed to motivate me. Thank you so much for giving me the push I needed to get going. I started off the challenge with doing the Basic Workout. I have to tell you that looks are deceiving. When watching how easy everything looked by WATCHING the videos, I was surprised once I got started and really took things slow and paid particular attention to my form.

Even though I've done all kinds of aerobic videos during my high school and college dance squad days and beyond, I had no idea how something that looked so simple could make me actually sweat. I truly cried because I have a low heartrate usually and previously even after 40 minutes of aerobic activity, I wouldn't often perspire but let me tell you that it only took a few minutes of T-Tapping to certainly feel everything working and I was warming up! I couldn't believe it! After a couple days of just the basic workout, I added in the last half of it and then my family caught the flu. (I should also mention that I also had a child slip and break a wrist just a few days after starting the challenge.)

Being a mother of seven and homeschooling mother to six children still at home, I find it challenging to have MY time but I staked claim to at least 45 minutes a day for me time and I was much more pleasant to be around and found I had more energy. During the flu period, I took four days off and when I started back I had to do a little more mouth breathing as my nose was still stuffy but I was determined to get back on the program. I'm also starting my own business and have had many days with just a few hrs of sleep but I made sure that I tried to at least get in a Basic Workout Plus. My husband was an encouragement as were our children. Throughout the day they would remind me "shoulders back" and "tuck, tuck, tuck". :)

Thanks so much for everything! This program has been a real blessing to me and my family. I'm actually looking forward to my 40th birthday in a couple of weeks. :)
