This was such an amazing experience. I got lazy over the summer and haven't T-Tapped since June of last year. I was so out of shape that Step Away the Inches kicked my butt. I loved it. I did this routine more often waiting for my new DVD's to arrive. I decided to bend my knees twice as deep after reading about the benefit from the printed material I received with my DVD's. I was consistent even though my thighs were on FIRE. I felt so invigorated after the workout. I could actually feel my muscles building and getting stronger with each workout. It felt like I was getting stronger by the minute. I had more stamina and my muscles actually moved my body rather than me consciously contorting myself into different positions. I am stronger, thinner, feel skinny and have incredible stamina. My clothes are fitting again. My skin is tightening up. I feel like I am "cinching up" my body. I bounce around like a spring chicken. |
