Most women would love to stay the weight they were when they got married, but not me! In 2000, I was carrying 128 lbs on a slight 5'2" frame, bursting out of my loosest size 6 clothes. I discovered T-Tapp in early 2001, and decided to try just one exercise from the T-Tapp.com website for one week, and I saw inch loss! Within a few months of doing T-Tapp no more than two or three times a week, I had lost 20 lbs and was easily fitting into size 2 clothes.

I got pregnant in late 2001, and sadly lost my baby in the second trimester. I got pregnant with my son almost immediately after, and he was born in January 2003.

Two back-to-back pregnancies left me 55 lbs heavier, but when I resumed T-Tapping the weight fell off, and not only did I regain all my muscle tone, I got stronger! Now, at age 36, I'm in the best shape of my life. Everything I've learned from T-Tapp about alignment and muscle activation means that my workouts are as effective as possible, so I only need to work out once or twice a week. And thanks to Teresa's skin brushing technique, the skin on my belly is tight... all the better to show off my obliques!
