Ann H's T-Tapp Success Story

Ann's T-Tapp Testimonial, January 2011:

"I discovered T-Tapp ten years ago when it occurred to me that it might be a good idea to add other exercises to my daily walk. Within three months I was fitting in clothes I thought I’d never wear again and was able to run without gasping for air. I have no idea how many inches I lost because that wasn’t why I was doing T-Tapp. I was doing T-Tapp for the anti-anxiety benefits. That was an extremely stressful time in my life and I found T-Tapp took it all away for up to two days, when I would give myself another “dose”.

Recently I’ve been experiencing anxiety again-so severe I was beginning to be afraid of digestive track damage and thought maybe I would need to see a doctor for medication. I decided to try Dr. T-Tapp instead and popped in Super Slow for about an hour. Within ten minutes of finishing, the anxiety was gone. GONE. I could think of the things that were bothering me, but couldn’t feel it.

I don’t know how T-Tapp does this. It is NOT just endorphins. I do other exercises, like kettlebells and while they do make me feel good and energized (T-Tapp also kicks up the endorphins) that is not the effect I discovered T-Tapp ten years ago when it occurred to me that it might be a good idea to add other exercises to my daily walk. It’s like a battery that won’t hold a charge. For a while after T-Tapp I don’t hold the anxiety charge. In a couple of days I can feel the capacity returning and do another T-Tapp workout and its gone. Magic!"
