Angel's T-Tapp Testimonial:

On 5/17/09 I decided that I was going to eat God Made/Man Made only. After years of knowing of this eating method and being advised my acupuncturist as well as the T-Tapp success stories, I finally decided to do so. A change of life.

Well, what happened when I did this for exactly ONE YEAR? I lost 172 pounds. I was and still am when I can afford to go, being treated for a swollen uterus (adenomyosis). My acupuncturist gave me a few modifications for the God Made/Man Made plan like omitting dark shade veggies (like eggplant) or anything with phytoestrogens or hormones (like tofu) as well as anything that was causing my joints (elbows, knees, ankles, and wrists) to be achy (like tomato and bell peppers). The pounds just melted off and as time went by, I kept tweaking God Made/Man Made to "my" personal body prescription. I call it this because everyone's bodies are different based on genetics.

The God Made/Man Made plan was easy. The withdrawals I had for 2 particular items was the hard part for me but it only lasted 2mths. What were those 2 items? Popcorn and Pepsi. I remember saying I was willing to fast before giving up my hot buttery airpopped popcorn. Popcorn was on my forbidden list due to this being under the umbrella of "things that stick to your intestine." Please note, this was my issue, not a general issue that everyone would go through. I needed to clean out my digestive system including any "impacted" waste....and I did so by eating God Made/Man Made and omitting certain items that later on, when I reach my goal - no folks, I'm not there yet - but I'm very close!! - would be reintroduced to my new way of life/eating. God Made/Man Made was interesting because of the NEW ways I found to infuse flavors and get food to NOT taste like paper (hehehe)... One of my favorite meals was brown rice, turkey breast, brocolli, half a sweet potato, and some avocado (or a few tablespoons of guacamole). Boy was that incredibly tasty for me.

Another interesting fact was how my taste buds now tasted junk in foods that were were not God made. My nose can now smell the chemicals and junk when I go out or to the theatre. My body hardly ever needs deodorant because of all the chlorophyl in the foods (salads) I eat. It's incredible and saved me some $$.

So what about exercise? Well, being the procrastination queen that I am - knowing about T-Tapp since 98, doing the workout back then, GETTING RESULTS, and then just staring at the workouts for a decade, I still have yet to lift a finger despite all the motivation. Don't get me wrong, I WANT to work out, I just keep putting it off - even with the massive weight loss just with eating God Made/Man Made alone. The drawback to not working out was that due to my medical condition, I lost all the weight EVERYWHERE except my belly and now look like I'm 7mths pregnant. I get asked all the time when I'm due. Sometimes I correct them, sometimes I make up a date. I call that new move "procastination adaptation" - I mean, what better reason to work out so I can get rid of the fat in between the core organs and see what's left of this condition of mine. The other draw back was low iron count due to my condition which I"m working on with vitamins.

Well, that's where I'm at now. I'm at the dvd player, the dvd is in, I just need to press play. When I am re-employed, I will resume the acupuncturist and resume my regimen with her. For now, I need to press play to work out and I need to take my alfalfa which is probably the one thing I need to help out with this hormonal belly of mine.

My highest weight - 354lbs. My current weight - 182lbs.
My biggest size - 30/32. My current size - 14/16 (starting to be too big in some stores) Also fitting into some 10/12's depending on the cut.
My biggest shoe size - 8-8.5. My current shoe size - 7-7.5.

I will keep you posted on my next chapter which will be the results of working out and brushing. My goal is to get moving by July so I can have some sweet results by my next birthday on 9/3.

YES YOU CAN!
