Christines T-Tapp Testimonial, October 2010:

Hi there, I am Christine, 54 years young, no kids, living with a very supportive DH (Thierry, who deserve to be called a Dear Husband), I teach English to the rich little kids around here, private courses, and as a civil servant, teach general school topics to all the willing and brave little kids in my city!

Ok, here is my story with T-Tapp. Just as an intro, since the past two years, I come on and off T-Tapp, doing my best but not really seriously. I bought recently the DVD Hit the Floor and it is there that the extraordinary begins in my life!!!!

Phase one: 7 days boot camp with Hit the Floor Softer.

Phase two: I begin the “every other day” maintenance program, working out like that; Total Workout, rest day, Total Workout, rest day, Hit the Floor Softer, rest day, on and on for at least one month.

So, this is about two weeks ago, right? Right! Read well what follows...

Last night, I had my regular visit to the osteopath. I see him 3 to 4 times a year as a general prevention. He was speechless, seeing my progress. All those old problems of always where almost gone and or greatly cured. He asked me what I'd done and I talked to him about T-Tapp, he took the internet address of T-Tapp and promised to go take a look. The most amazing positive change, among all of them, is the state of my neck. We were both amazed. I could not believe the improvement right there. He manipulated my neck, my cranial bones, no more cracks or pain! Everything is normal and feels good! I had deformation of the temporal bones, due to otitis during childhood and migraines and even those, the temporal, were almost re equilibrated and no more pain there also !!! I thought immediately about Primary Back Stretch, of course!!!

On my photos, you see me with the new outfit I bought to practice T-Tapp as a gift to myself -- I am so happy with all those extraordinary results!! Did I tell you? After 7 days of bootcamp, in just 7 days, yes, I lost all in all 18 centimeters, which may be around 5 inches, mainly on the thigh area, my problem zone!!!!

Thanks Jeanne for your advice, Thanks Casey for your good advice in the past but at that time, I did not listen to you!!! Thanks Teresa for having invented this wonderful workout!
