I started doing BWO+ daily the end of May. After about a month I started doing the total workout every day. The last few weeks I have been doing the total workout on M, W, and F and the broom workout T, T, and Sat. After 11 weeks I have lost 11 inches. I am pleased with that, especially since I was exercising regularly before I started t-tapping. I have a good bit more to loose.
I am 54 years old, the mother of 12 children. I weighed 170 lbs when I started this program, the most I have weighed in a long time. I was 5'9", but about a year ago I measured 5'8". I was in a car wreck 9 years ago and injured my knee and neck, nothing really serious, but it does keep me from doing some things. I had my knee scoped after the accident and had been doing my therapy exercises ever since, until I started t-tapp. I have seen improvement in both since I started t-tapping. I also no longer have any back pain.
I am really enjoying this program! Lots of my friends have bought it, too.
