It's a miracle! I started doing T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus and TappCore about 7 weeks ago, even though I bought it a few years ago. This time I pulled it out of my video cabinet, because I injured my back lifting my bed-ridden FIL 12 weeks ago. I had no weight to loose, as I've been on Dr. Fuhrman's Eat to Live program for about a year. I remembered watching the T-Tapp informational video a couple years ago....anyway....My back was killing me, and I was looking for relief. Furthermore, I have lived with bad, deformed feet with collapsed arches all my 47 years. Corrective shoes that I wore as a child helped, but I still fell and tripped a lot. I was terrible at sports with my painful, clumsy, crunchy feet, knees, and hips. To add insult to injury, in my 30s I tore the cartilage in my hip and gave myself injury induced bursitis, while riding Razor scooters with my sons. Yah, pretty silly…so…I've been doing the Basic Workout Plus and TappCore workouts 6 days a week for 7 weeks. In the beginning, every time I got to the Plies, my right ankle and arch cracked a lot. My right hip yelled at me to quit, but I kept right on. This week all that stopped. I realized my feet, ankles, knees, hips, and back have zero pain or crunching. These exercises did in a few weeks what doctors and physical therapists have not been able to accomplish for nearly half a century. Additionally, I lost 12 inches, while gaining 4 lbs. My posture is erect. I have a flat tummy for the first time in 28 years (my oldest child is 28). Teresa, thank you so much for developing this gentle but effective approach to fitness.
