I wanted to let you know about an amazing achievement! I had a friend who was doing a 60 mile walk over a 3 day period to raise money and awareness for missions. I decided to join her this morning and see how far I could make it. I have NOT been training for a long walk like this but I have been faithfully tapping 4 to 5 times a week. I made it over 8 miles and could have gone farther! That isn't the best part! ...... I am not sore! My back doesn't hurt at all! I have had a really productive day after arriving back home!

You have NO idea what a total miracle this is for me! I used to walk 4 miles a day 5 days a week. My back was sooo bad that by the time I would get home I couldn't bend to untie my own shoes. I would suffer for the rest of the day and have a fitful nights sleep only to do it all over again the next day! T-tapp has so rehabilitated my back that I find it amazing! I am older yet feel younger!

I know that walking 8 miles is not that big of a deal. But being able to function afterward for me is HUGE!
