The Story of the Grande Pants from Judy Z.:

You guys, I love T-Tapp!!! I love it, I love it...

I went back to yoga class after a years absence because of a tailbone fracture. I was out of shape and really hurting. I didn't know if I coud make it through the class, and so I hid in the back. My stars, after two months of T-Tapp, I not only made it through the class with little effort, I was doing better than the 20 year olds and I am 54!!!

Here is the story about the "Grande" Pants:

Recently, I bought new underwear. A big deal for me since I spend absolutely no money on myself, (I have a son in college and you know the story.) Well, I needed new underwear and purchased them but by mistake, I bought the wrong size, they were too small. I laundered them and put them in my dresser drawer. One day, while getting dressed in a hurry, I reached for the wrong pair and low and behold, they fit. I had lost a dress size in less than two weeks and the "too small" underwear fit perfectly!

When my son was little, he studied Spanish in grade school. One day, we were shopping and he said, real loud, "Mom, how come all of your pants say...GRANDE!" Everyone in the store burst out laughing, I turned beet red. But the moral of this story is..., no more GRANDE pants for me, I am a T-Tapper now!
