When I originally started T-Tapp two years ago, I needed to tone and tighten. As a breast cancer survivor who has had multiple surgeries, I needed to get back into an exercise routine. I was stunned at how quickly I could feel and see results. As a lifelong exercise enthusiast, I couldn't believe the results I got with just 20 minutes four times a week! I lost a total of 13 inches and felt more toned than I had in years.


Last year, I broke my leg in two places and was laid up for 3 months with surgery and multiple castings. Last week, I started T-Tapp again! I really enjoyed the work out and my muscles definitely needed a refresher. I know that by incorporating T-Tapp into my exercise routine again that I am on my way to a healthier, toned and tightened body. For a busy mom with a career and the need to stay healthy, T-Tapp has made a wonderful difference in my life.
