I am 48 years old and have been exercising since I was 18 with Jane Fonda tapes (remember those?). After Jane Fonda, I moved on to weight lifting, cardio equipment such as treadmills and ecliptical machines as well as stair climbing machines. In the last few years I have partaken in spinning classes, swimming classes, and zumba classes and have been doing Stott Pilates for over 3 years. You name it, I've done it. Cardio has been a very important part of my daily life since I have struggled with varicose veins since I was a teenager. If I failed to do some sort of cardio workout, I would experience deep aches in my legs from the veins.

Two weeks ago I started doing the 15 minute basic T-Tapp workout along with the hoedowns. Please understand this is ALL I have been doing. Not only did I lose 11 inches in the places I so desperately need to lose (hips, just below butt cheeks, upper and lower thighs, calves and my waist) but the hoe downs have sufficed for my cardio. No aches and pains in my legs! Truly a miracle in my life. I am a combination body type with O+ blood and English, Irish heritage. I have suffered from cellulite since my late teens and years ago gave up on ever getting rid of it. I am now brushing my body every day and taking your Alfalfa supplement. I'm praying for another miracle. I'll keep you posted.

In summary, I feel great and am excited about the future. I want to earn my certification with T-Tapp and help others as your DVD's have helped me. I thank God that T-Tapp came into my life.
