How to Use TappCore
Yes You Can Fit in Fitness
Each exercise on the TappCore DVD includes an instructional section that will teach you how to do the exercise and also a separate section that goes right through the exercise without instruction. First, start with the instructional section for each exercise. When you feel comfortable with that portion move on to the exercise without instruction. Once you know all the exercises you can combine a few of your favorites together to customize a mini-workout just for you! All of the TappCore exercises can be done alone or in combination with each other. Here are a few examples of upper and lower body combinations: TappCore Upper Body Exercises: 1 - Butterflies (1:13) 2 - Triceps Curls (1:43) 3 - Shoulders (2:04) 4 - Chest Press (1:12) TappCore Lower Body Exercises: 1 - Hoe Downs (2:21) 2 - Balance (4:34) 3 - No Duck Walking (7:48)
